  • You must be a licensed healthcare provider, part of a healthcare institution, or a patient authorized to use the platform.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian’s consent.

3. What VideoConsults Does

VideoConsults lets healthcare providers and institutions offer secure video consultations, messaging, and scheduling to improve patient care. We provide the technology, but providers are responsible for their clinical services.

4. Your Responsibilities as a User

  • Keep your login details safe and confidential.
  • Use the platform only for lawful, professional healthcare purposes.
  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your patients.
  • Follow all relevant laws and professional guidelines.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Institutions and providers are billed according to the pricing and plans agreed upon.
  • Payments made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Providers set their own consultation fees and are paid by their contracting institutions. FabrixMed may charge a platform fee as agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • FabrixMed owns all software, logos, and trademarks related to VideoConsults.
  • Users retain ownership of any data or content they upload.

7. What You Should Not Do

  • Don’t misuse or try to hack the platform.
  • Don’t share your account with others.
  • Don’t use VideoConsults for emergencies — always call emergency services if needed.
  • Don’t impersonate others or use the service for fraudulent purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • VideoConsults is provided “as is” — we do not guarantee any specific medical outcome or platform availability.
  • FabrixMed is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to protect FabrixMed from any claims or damages that arise from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Ending Your Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or pose security risks.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
